We let the painters make art and the young artists graffiti. We focused on the correctness of the preparation, which we considered essential in modern cuisine. Let's take a few examples. Imagine the perfect burger: 100% beef, prepared in our kitchen, microplans, crispy salad, creamy mushroom sauce, and finally ... foie gras, for a unique texture. Imagine cheese cream (with cow pear and bell pearl beads produced here in Transylvania), served as a creamy pasta with leeks, traditional fried dumplings, bacon and caramelized strawberries to which we add a few crisp bread chips. How else could we get these appreciations in this short time from you, our customers. Appreciations that are supported by the fact that you go beyond expectations repeatedly, that are revealed through messages and ratings in social networking.
