From Guvids and Anchovy, Athena and Hanus, prepared as only the local people from Dobrogea know how, to the turban, shark, lure or morun in Sarmias, grills, ovens or Liptov fishermen's borscht, the feast is filled with cold wines, selected from the famous vineyards.
