Relais & Chateaux Le Bistrot Francais creates an alchemy of French and Romanian cultures. Chefs Sorin Miftode and Sebastien Grave have combined their individual talents inside a 19th century villa in the center of Bucharest. With woodwork and paintings on the walls, chandeliers and parquet floors, along with a grand piano, this is indeed Central Europe.
